We plan every trip around your pace and your interests. That might mean a summit most trekkers skip, a morning puja at a monastery our family knows personally, or a rest day in the village where your guide grew up.
Our grandfather, San Tsopel Sherpa, cooked for Sir Edmund Hillary's expedition teams. Our father built his life leading travelers through these ranges. Today we plan every journey personally, around your pace and your interests: a summit most trekkers skip, a morning puja at a monastery our family knows, a rest day in the village where your guide grew up.
Routes most operators won't attempt, led by guides who have walked them since childhood. We pace the high routes properly, with real acclimatization built in.
Private visits to monasteries, festivals, and Sherpa family homes, arranged through relationships our family has built over decades.
Nepal without the altitude: rhododendron forests, terraced hillsides, and quiet villages that see few visitors.
Autumn brings skies so clear you can count the Himalayan peaks from
Kathmandu. Spring turns the hillsides crimson with rhododendrons.
